Warm your hands, prick a fingertip with the lancet, fill the tube to the line, and seal it.

Use the prepaid tracked envelope. Post Monday to Thursday so it arrives fresh.

Biomedical scientists analyse your sample and a doctor reviews every result.

Doctor consultation

A video call with a GMC-registered doctor who explains your results and what to do next.

Your plan
Your doctor publishes a personal plan. Subscribe to the monthly box if you want to, and retest every 3 to 6 months.
